Which video monitor?

Previously posted about my 21month old who has decided sleep is old news ... so we are trying a new approach that will involve a video baby monitor. I’ve not used one before, we always just had an old fashioned speaker style.

So which ones are best?

I've got a tenboo which is good especially at night. Can talk to baby from other rooms and it plays music. The only downside for me is the camera only works when plugged in at mains.
