I'm gonna cry, I want to buy nappies!! If only bloody ebay would let people sell used nappies! Twunts!

trendaverter · 12/09/2007 18:51

Then try here

nappyneeds · 12/09/2007 19:18

bumfluff and myself both have classifieds just like the nappy lady

on the wrap front - motherease are the most popular and are a best seller for me. I have had a few returns on the bambineo wraps due to the leg gussets being too tight so perhaps not for a chunky monkey.

blueberries.... theyre so lush

some blueberries are similar to the berryplush we stock

hasnt anyone on here been pointed in the direction of hyenacart yet?

The blueberries are only $7 postage from the American website! I want millions! They are beautiful! Are they any good nappyneeds? Not used pockets yet as I am still in love with my Little Lambs! How bulky are they?

trendaverter · 12/09/2007 19:34

Holly when mine arrive I will let you know how they go!
But I am worried that I forked out LOTS of money and they are the only ones that haven't arrived yet, maybe I got the fraud??

loonylovegood · 12/09/2007 19:36

I've bought all my nappies from the nappy lady classified and never had a problem. I hope yours come soon. If you paid by paypal and you don't get the nappies you can get your money back.

trendaverter · 12/09/2007 19:42

ahhhh
She's been in touch
she hasn't posted them as her LO has chicken pox

loonylovegood · 13/09/2007 18:35

Daisy, have you got teddies? I'm just looking at some in an ebay shop, £7.50 each. I thought that was quite cheap.

daisyandbabybootoo · 15/09/2007 13:42

I saw some blueberries for sale n ebay, but didn't know what they were as I hadn't heard of them? they were really cheap IRC. I'll see if I can find it for you Holly.

I have one teddy....not convinced about it though...when it is wet the wee sort of drips out of it IYSWIM...you just don't get that with terry no matter how soggy it is.

nappyzone · 15/09/2007 18:48

hello - mmmm i love blueberries - there coming via a few retailers in the next month or so....

maisiemog · 15/09/2007 23:18

I have just spotted this thread. I only heard tonight that nappy lady classifieds had closed and was shocked. It was such a well-known and simple method of selling used nappies.
I have added a similar classifieds section to my nappy blog here and am now apprehensive about these fraudulent sellers. Did anyone here have any problems with them?
I have bought a few things from nappy lady classifieds without hitch. I suppose any online purchase can run into this type of trouble. What do you think is the best way to protect yourself when purchasing online?

trendaverter · 16/09/2007 07:09

Maisiemog, my only problem is my blueberries haven't arrived that I bought last week... but so far I am willing to give the woman the benefit of the doubt, she seems genuine enough, I am just worried due to the fraudulent seller claims!

trendaverter · 16/09/2007 07:11

best way to purchase online is via ebay and paypal (you then get buyer protection). Outside of ebay the paypal rules are different and you get less protection. Otherwise credit card! Then if it doesn't arrive you can call your card company.

Otherwise... good old fashioned trust lol!

maisiemog · 16/09/2007 18:32

Trend I must admit, I did find transactions slower on Nappy Lady, I suspect because there was no feedback system, so no reason to rush.
Also people with small babies or young toddlers can find a trip to the post office a bit of a slog, especially if there's a big queue.

trendaverter · 18/09/2007 14:26

I have found the perfect night nappy (of day nappy if you use wraps in the day)

I just ordered more of them, they are PERFECT
