Rash help

Hi,
Does anyone have any ideas on what this rash could be ?
She doesn’t have a temperature. She seems a little unsettled and irritable than normal but generally I would say she seems fine in herself.
The rash completely covers her belly and she has the odd stop on her arms.

How old is she?

Have you tried it under a glass, just to check?

Have you used any different washing powder or bath stuff?
