Rash just appeared on nephews hands

Hi all, my nephew has this rash that's appeared yesterday but only on his hands. With what is going on atm we don't want to be taking him to the docs for something not urgent. Does anyone know what this is x

If it's just his hands and he has no other symptoms of could be an allergic reaction to something he's touched.

Could try giving Piriton (depending on age) and see if that helps.

Looks a little bit like hand, foot and mouth blisters, but that would come with other symptoms.

Hi he has no other symptoms though the back of his legs are a bit red. I was thinking it may be hand foot and mouth but he's well in himself x
