How to stop breastfeeding your baby

I have always used breast milk to sooth my baby. Who will be 1 In a week., i want to start the weaning her off breastfeeding but I don't know if I am ready. For almost a year, I've given her my boobs every time she is cranky, in between naps, when she is thirsty, but I feel like I won't have the will to say no everytime she asks. Also when I say no, what do I do then? She isn't a fan of her oat milk anymore SadI feel like I don't know what to do

LaLeche are a really good support that could help guide you. They touched on it at my last meeting but I didn’t ask questions as I’m not at that stage yet
