Childcare for post-secondary teachers

Calling anyone who teaches at post-secondary level and is required to carry on teaching (by Zoom!) and examining (in ways that may be more labour intensive than traditional 3-hour written exams) next term. What are you planning to do about childcare?

I'm planning to pay full fees to my younger child's nursery, as seems reasonable, and my older one is obviously off school. It would be difficult to afford full-time childcare on top of that, but I will need some help -- with about 10 hours of Zoom teaching a week, plus a couple of hours for essential meetings, and then marking, I imagine needing about 20 hours min a week. (This assumes I will do zero research and fail to complete my book by the deadline, which would be impossible without much more help.) Are we allowed to have childcare providers come over? How would I find one in this climate? After some point I will have to stop paying the nursery fees I imagine so that I can do the work necessary to keep my job, but hope not before the summer holidays.
