Teeth already!?

My daughters is 10 and a half weeks old and has got rosy cheeks and drooling a lot. Could this be teething already?
She’s not just 100% herself but no temperature and is drinking most of her bottles but will go off some but usually makes it up in the next. I’m a first time mum and a nervous wreck esp with all that’s going on just hope she’s not getting ill with anything

Any help or experiences would be welcome

It really could be teething, occasionally babies are even born with some teeth.

My girl had her first teeth at about 4 months. She was a tiny little thing so people thought she was younger - and then she would smile at them with those toothy pegs. Would freak people out!!
