Should SIL or MIL help out?

Hello, so SIL and MIL don't work due to Covid19 at the moment and they offered help with childcare. I believe that's really nice but shouldn't they stay in and only go out for the necessary to stop the spread of the virus? Should I say no thank you for the greater good? We're both working full time from home and would be able to manage (not sure how but somehow). Let me know your thoughts.

Why are they not working? Because their companies have closed or because they need to self isolate. Are the practising social distancing?

Their companies have shut (theatres) & they are not self quarantined. Social distancing is basically what I'm talking about in my original post.
