My breast milk is making my child gassy

Ladies. My daughter is 11 months, almost a year old. I have been breastfeeding her since birth. She had serious colic when she was younger And we found infacol which helped us. Fast forward to when she was 7 months, we did allergy testing and noticed she was allergic to dog dander(gave our dog to my brother) , egg whites (she doesn't eat them) and Cows milk. (I have never given her cows milk regardless. )These past couple of days she keeps straining and passing so much gas esp at night. ( very bad smelling too) Not sure what could be wrong. She only drinks breast milk and oat milk. Any suggestions of thoughts? Could my milk have changed?

Unlikely to be your BM, unless it affects her in your milk and you've slipped up?

DS can be vile with gas etc when he's teething or if he's got a cold and swallowing all the mucous
