Pimples on 4mo face

My 4mo DD has these little pimples on her face and the odd 2-3 on her body. Any ideas what they might be?

Are they new or have thru been there for a while?

@JiltedJohnsJulie they're new. However this morning they seem less prominent - they haven't irritated her and I can't think of anything that may have caused them such as change in laundry detergent etc as we haven't done anything differently!
