Had a prem baby born 7 weeks early and she is 6 weeks tomorrow. So yeah...getting paranoid about my little one and the coronavirus. Came back from Sainsburys and my baby was crying so i picked her up to comfort her without washing my hands 🙈🙈 So worried now and it doesn't help that I have anxiety and with all this it just makes my anxiety worse! I know it sounds silly but i have non stopped worried about her getting this.

I have just posted something similar. You're not alone in your paranoia and I'm also very anxious (I generally suffer with it anyway). I'm really worried about my 4 week old too, and it would be really good if we could get some advice on children but I don't think anyone really knows enough to give any set guidelines

Mumsnet will feed the anxiety so it might be worth limiting time spent on it, setting times to check the news, only in the morning and evening perhaps so it doesn't consume your day. It'll be hard but try and focus on your baby and activities you can do whilst social distancing. Baby massage on YouTube or baby signing?
