Hi all
Hope someone can help. Yesterday morning I noticed small spots all over my sons face and in the evening yesterday appeared on his back and arms too. I haven't changed washing powder, no new foods (though more yoghurt recently), he's still breastfeeding I'm on nitrofurantoin antibiotic?!, also is teething and rubbing face but not had something like this before and doesn't explain them on his back...any help or advice would be appreciated :)
