Hi. My DS is 4 months old and something is really bugging me. He was born on my dads birthday and I really wish i'd given him my dads name as a middle name. His middle name is just a name we liked but has no real meaning. The more I think about it the more I want to change it to my dads name. I see this is easily done by paying a small fee and filling in a few forms. Just wondering if anyone has done this? He's under the care of local hospital and community peads atm as he has a disability so I guess these are the only services I would need notify of the name change?
