We recently had blood tests back for our 18 month old boy today. They came back that he was a little bit anaemic and reccomended we get some drops for him which we have done. What food rich in iron can I give him? He has beef casserole, spag bol, weetabix, beans, green veg I'm not sure what else 🤔 please no judging as I only try my best x

Thank you in advance x

Can you add spinach to things you cook?
How about baby multivitamins? Well baby seems okay and goes down in milk for my DC. Often on special offer in boots too.

Try to give vitamin C with high iron food and avoid giving food/drinks high in calcium within 2 hours both sides of the iron risk food.
