Toy library - does such a thing exist?

My 13 month old son absolutely loves going to the library and he's obsessed with all of his books at the moment.

Is there such a thing as a toy library ( I don't mean a library that you go to the exchanges toys) - I mean like you have toy shops or toy cash registers. I was thinking a scanner and stamper - I've looked on Amazon and argos but nothing.

Does such a thing exist?

You could just get a toy till and use the scanner bit to scan the books and buy a stamper separately if you can’t find one?
