Baby with croaky voice

Hi All,
My 9 month old is dribbling like mad and has had a croaky voice today. I think he’s teething, but I wondered if anyone else’s baby had a croaky/ hoarse voice when teething or whether it might be a sign of a cold coming! :( Thanks in advance x

Hi - what was the outcome with your baby? Mine is 8 months old and has been hoarse for 4 days with no other signs except teething! Thanks.
