I’m stuck on what I should do next?!

So my baby boy since birth pretty much has been on anti reflux milk c&g and it’s been amazing, obviously on the box it say birth-12month. What milk should I follow on with after the 12 month stage (he’s one in less than 2 weeks) he has water every day and every time after he is sick so I’m guessing it’s still an issue with the reflux (water is boiled and the cooled down before given him)... just not sure what to do from here really :) thanks in advance ❤️

If he's not keeping down water you need to see your doctor because that's not normal.

If you are under the care of a doctor then you need to ask them what to do next. You can use infant formula beyond the ages stated but it's not usually required because kids tend to be able to eat and drink enough of other things.

Oh I just thought it was part of the reflux, I feel so bad, yeah it's not projectile or anything but it's I'd say about 30 ml easily every time, he's down to three bottles a day one after his breakfast on before his afternoon nap and one before bed but we try to give him water at meal times and every time he brings it back up with some of his food. Poor baby :( thank you for your advice it's been really helpful

I agree with PP that bringing up water is unusual and should be checked. But on the milk front you can switch babies too full fat cows milk from 12 months, but can stick to the formula if you are worried about reflux. It won't do any harm, just costs more.

I'm going to be ringing the doctors surgery tomorrow to see about making an appointment, I will be introducing cows milk after 12 months as like 1 bottle a day kinda thing until he gets used to it but in the mean time I was wondering if I should just buy 1-2 year c&g follow on milk (I think that's what it's called) and see how he is with that? I have 3 boxes on unopened reflux milk which is taking a lot longer to get through than I thought so gonna weight until I've used that up then start 1-2year milk I think? What do you ladies think?
