Is anti reflux formula more filling?

Does anyone know if anti reflux formula is more filling than regular? Our 7week old has just started it but isn't finishing his bottles anymore.

I am not sure if he is full or if he is tired from trying to suck it through the teat. We had switched to tommee tippee variflow but not sure if I should have gone size 2 or 3 instead?

It's thicker to stop it coming back up so could be teat size and baby is having to work harder to get milk.

More likely your baby isn't overfeeding any more as the flow is slower so they're working harder for it, as they would if feeding from the breast.

Were you guided to pace feed your baby when they developed reflux? A lot of the time, reflux is mis identified as people recline babies to bottle feet them and hold the bottle closer to vertical than horizontal meaning baby can't control the flow, take breaks and over feeds which results in the "reflux" as the overfull tummy can't cope.
