Teething First Timer

Hi,

Looking for some help! We have been able to feel the sharp top of DD's first tooth for a couple of weeks now. We can't see it yet though.

She's showing all the signs of a teething baby, some days worse than others with irritability and chewing but as yet, the tooth has not come through any further.

Everything I read seems to suggest that the tooth 'should' take about a week max to push through. Should we be worried that it hasn't after over two weeks of being able to feel the sharp point?
