Liquid yellow poop 4 times in one nappy

He seemed ok despite this but then when feeding screaming loads and constantly stopping between feeds. Stomach bug? :(

4 months. Just read it might be teething poo? He's started holding down and twisting nipple too. Keeping a lookout and he's just had another wet nappy thank goodness.

Yeah, my LO always gets this when teething, it's horrible! Always smells like sour yoghurt, and seems to really bother his tum at night too. I've taken him to the doctor over it in the past before I realised the connection, they could never find anything wrong.

Thank you. He had it again today and keeps pressing down on my nipple with his gums. Painful! I see no teeth yet though.
