Baby hiccups

Morning!
I have a 3 week old who seems to regularly have hiccups lasting up to 30 minutes. Does anyone have any suggestion of anything that could help? He's not old enough for gripe water yet and infacol doesn't help.

Thanks

I think it's because their digestive system hasn't matured enough yet. My son got them a lot (he had them a lot in the womb as well!!). Just letting him suck helped, so I just breastfeed him a lot. If you don't breastfeed could you try a dummy so that he can use the same sucking motion?

My son has hiccups constantly in the first few weeks. He is 11 weeks old now and he hardly ever gets them
