What do/did you feed your 7 month old

My DS is 7 months nearly 8.
He has a various things like:
Baby Pasta, Toast, Strawberries, Banana, Blueberries with Porridge Oats, Chicken. Beef, Avocado (seems to be his favourite), Veg, Baby Yogurts, Weetabix, Cucumber Sticks, Cheese etc to name a few.
Struggling to think of new things I can try him on and what others have given their LO's. It feels like he has a lot of the same things all the time which I know is a bit difficult at this age but would like some new ideas if anyone has them please.
He has had egg before and was fine with it but had an allergic reaction to the egg last time he had it so can't have it by itself anymore until he's one. (Nurse said it was an allergic reaction to the egg so without testing not really sure if it was the egg!) But a bit wary to give it to him again by itself.

Little versions of what you eat? Like SpagBol, Mild Curry, Avocado Pesto on pasta, Mac & Cheese, Mild Chilli.. really squashy sandwiches - tuna mayo is good but I also used to mix it with loadsa cream cheese or just cream cheese or cream cheese & avocado.

Peanut Butter on toast, cream cheese on toast..

We loved Annabel Karmel’s weaning books. Loadsa fab meal ideas!

Mine are the same as us, unless we were having a take away.

If you’ve got a nutribullet/blender these oaty banana pancakes are useful - they freeze well, and my baby has them with yoghurt at home or plain on the go

She also loves fish so I’ll do her salmon or mackerel fillets (not the smoked kind) with eg broccoli, green beans, baby sweet corn.
Slices of pear, and satsuma segments (peeled of the transparent skin and broken in half) also seem to go down well...

Chunks of tuna, salmon, white fish, prawns
Yorkshire pudding
Torn up tortilla wraps
At 8 months he can have cooked kidney beans, butter beans and cubes of tofu. They make good finger food.
