Reflux/colic baby...

My baby is currently 9weeks old and at about 2 weeks old starting showing signs of colic. She had crying episodes in the evening usually lasting 2 hour but then screamed 7pm til 3am on her worst night. I started colief the next day and then changed to Dr browns bottles. Have been using this method ever since and she actually improved drastically. I also started a routine of 3 hourly feeds in the day to get her into a good night routine. Shes now sleeping from 8pm til 8am with a 10.30pm dream feed and wakes once at about 4am. Her poos are regular and appear normal.
However.... I have noticed that the past few weeks she is hard to settle in the day. If she is not drinking milk or sleeping she is crying for no apparent reason. I have tried feeding her again but shes not hungry.. Changing her nappy.. Playing.. She gets herself into such a state that she appears tired all day even though she sleeps well at night! She only naps well if I'm cuddling her. As soon as I put her down she wakes within 10minutes. I've noticed during and after feeding she is fussy. Sometimes crying out then going back to suck the bottle as normal. I feed her upright and keep her upright for 20 mins after a feed. When I lay her down she fusses until she goes to sleep (this is at night) and in the day she sleeps on me and will squirm and pull faces as though she is in pain. She also gulps a lot and gets hiccups often but she very rarely spits up her milk when burping. I get good burps out of her after feeding. I BF until 4 weeks then gave up after getting awful mastitis. I have also tilted her crib.
Could this be silent reflux?
