dd2 (3) has just started afternoon nursery at the local primary school, she will move into a morning space next year when she is a pre-schooler (i am in scotland incase this sounds unusual to anyone)
i work as a nursery nurse in a local private nursery mon-fri 9-12 and dd comes with me, she loves it and it is great having her at work with me. trouble is once we have left my work i have half a hour to get her to her next nursery and by the time she comes out at 3-00 she is knackered and to put it bluntly she is a grumpy little monster.
i know a local childminder who is lovely and my daughter really seems to like her and im not sure if i should let her watch dd while i am at work. i would really miss having her with me and i think she would miss all the friends she has at my work. i cant give work up as we need the money and the primary school have said she will def not get a morning place until next year.
do you think it would make a huge diffrence to how tired she was if she was with a childminder in the morning.
also this set up has only been for the last 3 weeks im not sure if she will start to get used to the longer days.
her bed time has always been 6-30 so i cant give her a nap after school or else it would disturb her whole routine.
any advice!!!!
