Storing ready made formula when out and about

Does anyone know if it is possible to decant unused opened ready made formula in a sterilised thermos when out? Or in the insulated bottle holder with an ice pack.

Instructions are once open use within an hour or store for up to 24 hours in the fridge.

Baby is only taking about 100ml at a time so seems a shame to waste if out all day.

If it was formula you have prepared yourself then it is considered ok for 4 hours if kept in a cool bag with an ice pack so I'd say that the same would be true of ready made milk. So I'd open it when required and then pour into 2 sterilised bottles and store the unused one in a cool bag with ice pack for up to 4 hours. Or get it to the fridge within those 4 hours to store it for longer.
