They are just little milk spots. Nothing to worry about at all, most baby's get them.

Talk to doctor or health visitor if concerned. Both of my daughters had this, 1st we were told eczema and battled with creams for a year until it just disappeared. 2nd found out she had multiple food allergies including cow's milk and soya, cut those out of my diet as breast feeding and disappeared in 2 days. She had screaming at night and bad nappies too.

Yep, milk spots/ baby acne. It may get worse before it gets better. See your HV if you are concerned.

It's a thing they do while their skin gets used to being outside. Be very gentle, don't try and pick them off or anything, just keep them clean and moisturised.

Op here.
We did went to paediatrician today
I thought she would say it's just baby acne and would resolve on own.
She however said it looks like infection and prescribed mupirocin ointment 2% 3 times a day for 5 days.
Is it really looking like infection. I got scared but she said don't worry. It's ok.
