Baby’s dirty nappies

Sorry for the poo post. My baby is 3 month old and his dirty nappies are of a dark green colour, they are only yellow if he does more than 2 poos a day. He is on sma comfort milk. He will do at least 1 poo a day.

Is this normal?

Comfort milk can cause green poo so it sounds normal for this milk

Speak to your HV or GPif you’re concerned. When my baby had green nappies it was usually because something was irritating his tummy e.g. when I was on antibiotics (breast fed baby).

Comfort milk causes green poops. My DD is on c and g comfort because normal formula bungs her right up. Smells like sprouts too🤢

It's horrible! My DS has just started weaning, I thought it couldn't get worse but the comfort milk/solid food combination is something else 🤮
