Itoday I took my son and his cousin down the the beach for a play , on the way I stopped and got myself and nephew a ice block.

Before I ate the ice block I let me 10 month old have a little sick on it for about a minute or so before it becomes messy. He usually loves a taste of ice block but even he scrunched up his face. After that he wanted to play , when tasting the ice block myself it smelt off and tasted weird , it's meant to be pineapple
Tasting but it just smelled fishy.

I have really bad OCD , and health anxiety so I began to worry.

Carried on about my day but later today my son seems to have an upset tummy.

Do u think I'm worrying to much or should I
Book a docs appt.

What’s an ice block? As in an ice lolly? I assume you are maybe not in the UK taking kids to the beach & for something frozen to eat as it’s freezing! Or maybe that’s just my hatred of the cold 😂

I’m sure your son is fine. Potentially, he has a tummy bug & just didn’t feel like eating? Even if he ate something he shouldn’t (what baby doesn’t? My DD has her hands constantly in her mouth at that age), he’ll throw it up & be better! There’s nothing a doctor can do about a potentially gone off ice cream. Just wait & see what happens. If you son cannot keep liquids down or doesn’t eat for say 24 hours, seems floppy & unwell, then def seek medical advice. If he’s just sick or upset tummy for a short period but is OK in himself, he’ll be fine. We all get sick sometimes, you just have to ride it out.
