Can’t work out what my toddler is saying

For a month or so now my 2 year old girl has been saying “gronk!” Then laughing hysterically. It’s the first thing she says when I pick her up from nursery and she repeatedly says it at home and to her grandparents. Any ideas? 🤣

Could something have fallen down at nursery and a nursery staff member said something like "doink" and laughed and she remembered that and it's her pronunciation of the events and she is just recounting it? Have you asked at nursery what they think she's saying?
