Has anyone else ever fell pregnant on the Cerazette pill I'm just curious.

What was everyone's first symptoms? I'm on cerazette and for the past 2 days I've went off meat & chicken I can only eat small amounts of food I feel sick and my stomach is bloated I'm also over tired. but I also have a kidney infection & on antibiotics so I don't know what it could be x
