Best anti itch/rash cream?

13 month old teeny tiny pimples on bottom and top of thighs, I've used E45 anti itch and Sudocream and although both calm it the rash is still there

Any suggestions? He's had it before it lasted 2/3 days then disappeared now it's back and he's quite irritable with it

The child’s farm lotion is good. There is also something called Aquamax which is excellent. I bought it from Amazon. Epaderm is great but doesn’t smell nice. I wouldn’t put sudocrem on it, it’s very drying.

Metanium is the best by far.

Is it worth changing the brand of nappy you are using too?

Yellow Metanium- too tired to expand but it's great
