Trying for another baby

I'm in a situation where my partner can't see his kids what he's got now but in process of getting contact and we want to try for another baby and not sure if what to do and if it is wise with social care being around
Any advice would be great

Why can’t he see his kids? I don’t think people can answer without knowing this.

Yeah, im with PP - if he isn't allowed to see the children he already has, PLEASE don't have a baby with him!
