Milk tongue

Hello!
Can anyone offer any advise on the best way to clean a milky tongue on my 3 week old?
I've watched YouTube videos but I don't think it's cleaning off properly. 🤷‍♀️

if it's not come g off easily it could be oral thrush, my midwife tried to tell me my dd had milk tongue but she actually had thrush and we then couldn't get rid of it for months after. If it is the gp should be able to give you some oral drops
