Windy baby screaming in pain

Ever since my little girl was born she has really suffered with wind (she screams in pain when she farts). Tried infacol which did not seem to make any difference. After discussing it with a hv it was suggested that it could be an intolerance. I decided to cut dairy out a few days later when I could not bear to hear her scream anymore. It has now been 3 weeks that I have been dairy free (I am breastfeeding) and although initially I thought there was an improvement she still seems to be struggling and I'm wondering whether it is something else. I was wondering if anyone has used colief drops and whether they were worth a go? Or if anyone else can suggest anything. I'm happy to give up dairy if it makes a difference but I'm not sure it is and I really want her to not be so miserable, poor thing. Thank you

Is there a faint bluish greens of grey tinge around her mouth after feeds? If do she has residual wind after feeding. It can take ages to come up and then gets trapped. You might need to continue winding sessions for much longer?
Try bicycling the legs whilst she is lying on her back, especially after a warm bath.
Have you cut out all traces of dairy from your diet including things like trace in biscuits etc? You need to do this yo try it effectively. It's quite tricky. Things like vegan cheese and yogurt, oreos and bourbon biscuits ate fine, oat or almond milk, pure or vitalite spread etc. Its difficult to be completely free.
