During the week from a father who works 10:30 at night - 7:30am. My child is 15 months. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If hes free in the afternoon he could have baby for tea then drop of before bed time. So 3PM-6pm a few times a week. If he doesn't work weekends and you are happy an overnight on Saturday eow?
