What contact would you suggest?

During the week from a father who works 10:30 at night - 7:30am. My child is 15 months. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If hes free in the afternoon he could have baby for tea then drop of before bed time. So 3PM-6pm a few times a week. If he doesn't work weekends and you are happy an overnight on Saturday eow?

When does he sleep? When does your child nap?
After work to lunchtime could work assuming ex and child sleep after lunch?
