Can anyone recommend a nursing pillow that will allow me to support my baby without putting too much strain on my shoulder joint? (I have arthritis.)
I know I can use standard pillows to create some height. I tried this with my friend's newborn this week and really struggled with the pain. Does anyone have any alternatives?
