Mine are 5 and 6. They are generally pretty good kids so I don't need to very often. But today they nicked some sweets from a box their dad got for Christmas. In retrospect, I think maybe I overreacted. I told them off, made them clear the mess and made them tell their Dad and give him sweets from their xmas sweets. Then they helped me with dinner, and all the commotion meant we missed playing a board game together, but we will do that tomorrow instead.
What would you do 7 have done in that situation?
