Sudden problem skin on dd2

Dd2 is 14 months and has been in cloth pretty much all the time. She is my 4th so I'm used to cloth nappies. However, we had 2 weeks holiday and I used the Wiona diposables while we were away. Been back about 2 weeks and I can't get her out of disposables. A day of cloth and her skin is awful - really red & inflamed. She will scratch like mad and generally complains. The overnight nappy finishes it off - by the morning her skin is bleeding in places. She then goes back into disposables for a couple of days ..... round & round we go!
I use fuzzis - have used those since she was 6 months,so she is used to them. Haven't changed washing powder.

What do i do? It is the tummy area that gets sore - her bottom is clear. Help!

I've tried using barrier cream - not meant to with fuzzis as affects performance. Also tried a paper liner, silk liner.... Haven't tried cotton wool, so i could give that a go. She was fine in them before the sposies?!
