Used cocaine on a night out

Name change for obvious reasons. So I went out last night for the first time since having my baby and I got a bit wild and ended up having a tony bit of cocaine. Stupid and selfish I know and majorly regretted it as soon as I did it and did not have any more. This was at about 9 o’clock last night and It was the tip of a keys worth

My baby is majority bottle fed but the baby also likes to be breast fed sometimes but it’s rare.

My question is how long do I abstain from breast until it’s out of my system? I’m thinking it probably has already flushed out of my system as it was a tiny bit but I need to know for certain.

I’m not a regular cocaine user I have done in the past a years And years ago but haven’t for a long time hence the reason I had a tiny amount as I didn’t know how I would react from it.
I have also been expressing milk (not loads) today and disposing of. Probably a couple of ounce

@Harmonylove6 this classy thread about feeding a baby cocainey breast milk is three years old. I'd imagine the OP doesn't remember the amount of hours.

@PaulHollywoodsSexGut
Ive just re read this whole post as a trainee medical professional and your comment are so shameful and disgusting to be Frank.

To shame another mother is horrendous. I'm assuming you are someone with a small social circle as I would certainly not toleral mum shaming in any form

This lady has come on here for help, not for some key board warrior loser to make her feel awful - shame on you!

If you want help, try not to breastfeed for 24 hours and as MANY normal people have said.... itss done now , don't worry and move on as a mistake that shouldn't be repeated - you got this!

Maybe because it happened four years ago and it's probably out of her system by now!
