I thought this was a fab deal for bumhuggers if anyone is looking for one.

Ooh wow - if I didn't hate em I would have one

Loving the bargain spotting thread!

maisiemog · 30/08/2007 12:27

Hee hee! Yes not the nappy for us either. Not that I'm going to let that stand in the way of a bargain.

just out of interest, why don't you like them? I currently use Motherease (mixture of MEOS and Sandy's) but need a couple of extra for dd1. She's 3 and around 15kg ish - should I go for a bargain, or will I regret it?

Thanks

Lots of people do love them - for me I didn't like the hemp, and I had problems doing up the hidden poppers

nappyzone · 30/08/2007 14:04

i wonder if they are the older versions as poppers easier to find on newones and aplix too - i have ordered some from ellas house and stil awaiting otherwise i would snap one up as im a hemo fan espec been as though boyo turning into super peeeeer the last 48 hrs

curlywurlycremeegg · 30/08/2007 15:52

I love them, have only ever used the new 2007 version though, great night time nappy as you can stuff loads in the pocket to boost

nappyzone · 30/08/2007 15:55

im hoping to love them if mine ever arrives!

maisiemog · 30/08/2007 16:20

I didn't like the shape for my little boy. He needed extra super reinforced poop containment and the very slim cut between the legs just leaked all the time.
We didn't keep it for long.
However, it would be fine on a less runny bum.

1d - p&P default is £5... but you can click on it and go for second class at about £1.something, which is a bit more realistic.

myjob - are you perhaps a dab hand with a sewing machine? theres a hread on here about making your own, with patterns an stuff.

nappyzone · 30/08/2007 22:14

hello sorry i ment hemp and i clicked on and thought what!!!! at the p and p but there is cheaper options - they e mailed me back to say they got them in early this year so think new ones/ new version - saying 'think' makes me suspect they are the older ones as i think like that! Sorry im a terrible typer but am always ina rush so thats my excuse.....

nappyzone · 30/08/2007 22:15

when it comes to making stuff i always learn at the end of it that it would have been cheaper to buy already made!
