Silent reflux

I’ve got a 9 week old DD and really struggling at the moment, seems like she probably has silent reflux.
She cries and screams most of the time she’s awake and I’m finding it difficult to feed her as she often starts crying and pulls off after a few minutes. She has a cough and can hear her regurgitating milk, especially at night if she’s lying down. Her sleep is getting worse, after I feed her at night she usually goes back to sleep for around half an hour before waking up choking on milk she’s bringing up (doesn’t always come out of her mouth).
I’ve tried her on gaviscon but didn’t seem to make much difference. I was hoping she could try ranitidine but it’s been recalled. The GP gave us omeprazole but it made her quite unwell and gave her diarrhoea.
Not sure where to go from here, I’m getting really stressed trying to feed her :( has anyone got any advice on the feeding? Should I try again with a lower dose of omeprazole?

Could be CMPA - try cutting out dairy or switching her to dairy free formula. And definitely persist with the omeprazole, it really helped DD.
