Daft question - can I wash fleece at 95 degrees?

My nappies are a bit whiffy at the moment and due for a boil wash. I've been using fleece liners instead of paper as my LO has wicked nappy rash. Can I chuck these into the boil wash, or do I have to sort them out of the nappy bucket?

Have images of the fleece melting all over the inside of my washing machine!
