Tommee tippee bottle warmer - help

Hi guys, just testing out the gear for bub arriving.

Following the instructions on tommee tippee bottle warmer and the timings but it doesnt say if the you start the timer when you turn it in or when the light goes off....

Can anyone advise?

I think you time from when the light goes out. We have a bottle warmer but never use it as we use microwave to warm bottles instead x
