Teething at 10 weeks?

My baby has been really ratty the last few days. He wakes us at night with his noisy hand eating, always tries to suck on his hands, has lots of dribble, keeps waking up every hour of the night crying uncontrollably (he goes from 0-100 in about 5 seconds and has that cry they have at their jabs). Could he be teething? We are at a loss. He would previously sleep for 3/4 hrs before waking for a feed. He has a stuffy nose but he has had this before and wasn’t like this.

I'd say that he's definitely teething! My DD starting teething at 5 weeks and it's still going strong at almost 7 months Sad

Could be, but dribbling, hand chewing, etc are all normal parts of baby development and not related to teething. My DD did all that, so did the babies from NCT group, but none had any teeth till six months.

This is why i’m confused as on one had it’s normal development and on the other hand could be teething. If teething then we can give him the powder in his mouth to help him but I don’t want to do that for the sake of it.
