School complaint

Hi, is it possible to view a formal complaint made by another parent to a school/the governors that involves your own child?

Yes you can ask to see your child’s records, however the letter must contain your child’s full name for it to appear on their record.

You don’t say what age but at a certain point the child must request it themselves
