Are we finally getting some teeth?

My little boy is 8 month old and has no teeth! He has been very slavery and always had his hands or anything in his mouth since he was 2 and a half months old so i feel like iv been expecting to see a tooth for so long and it's never happened. He has been a little out of character for over a week now not sleeping as well etc so tried to have a look at his gums and managed to get these pics, are these teeth finally coming through?? On one pic I think it looks like it and on the other not so much

On one it looks as if they are about to erupt for sure.
Just some solidarity though - my boy is 9 months and has no teeth. I feel like I’ve been saying he’s teething since birth!!

I remember when my DS 2 bottom teeth cut they came through more on the top of the gum and not the front. I’ll be honest, I don’t think it looks as if they have.
My friends LO didn’t cut his first tooth till just after his 1st birthday so I wouldn’t worry about it, they will come

Certainly looks like they're close! My son didn't have any teeth at 9 months. Then he got 4 in 3 weeks!

My little girl is 8 months next week and she's cut her first tooth today

Looks to be soon but they do go up and down within the gum. My dd didn't get her first teeth until 15months!!

My DS didn't have his first tooth until he was 13 months old and it was his top front teeth that came first

My DD is now 10 months old and still showing no teeth despite teething on and off for ages it's clearly looking like it's in the family to teeth late

Still no sign! My mum said I didn't get my first tooth until after I was 1, it's just funny seeing him with other babies his age and younger all with at least 2 teeth and he has none 😂

My twins didn't get theirs till 17 & 18 months!! Then bang, all arrived within a couple of months, no bother! No crying or teething, looking back it was a blessing they took so long.

Try not to worry, their teeth will come when ready x
