5 month old gone off his feeds

Hi everyone I hope someone might have some advice because this is really started stressing me out.
Since my eldest started nursery he's been catching non stop colds. I mean non stop the longest break was recently which was nearly 3 weeks without one. So from him if course baby would get it. Literally just simple colds no fever or cough, just mostly blocked nose but every time because of that he would go off his feeds. His intake would drop by 2-3oz per bottle until he starts to feel better which is usually 3-4 days. Also after every jabs he would go off his feeds too. Overall though he is quite happy and very energetic baby so I was never really worried.
However on last weight in although he still is putting on weight he has dropped quite a bit on the graph so since then health visitor hasn't been happy. Been with him to doctors, he was happy with the baby but also he made referrals just to make sure but everything is fine. Baby is due for another weight in in few days but he's had another couple of colds and has teeth coming through so again his milk intake dropped so I'm sure he wouldn't have put on the weight amount health visitor wants him to so I'm really stressed about seeing her again because I know she will not be happy again and will make me feel like a bad parent but I'm doing everything I can to try and encourage him to drink more when he's got a cold even tried offering it more often just nothing makes a difference. I don't know what else I can possibly do

I'm not sure if this will be any help, but my daughter went through a phase of refusing to drink more than 4oz every 5 hours when she 5 months. After trying a few things I managed to get her back on track by warming her milk after it had been in the prep machine in a jug of boiling water. She went straight back to drinking full bottles doing this each time.

Perhaps try altering the temperature of the milk, he might like it cooler if he's teething maybe?

All of this could be pretty normal OP. Can I ask how many centiles he's dropped?

Have you had a GP check his ears and throat as they can sometime affect feeding?

Can I ask too how much he weighs and how much formula he has in 24 hours?
