Leaving formula out of the fridge?

How long can you leave formula out of the fridge? I want to take a bottle upstairs to bed instead of having to come down for it every night but I think it can only be out of the fridge for 2 hours?

I think two hours is the maximum as well but it will also probably depend upon the warmth of your house as to whether it really should be a shorter duration. Could you just take a small bottle of ready made formula and sterilised bottle up with you instead?

Yeah 2 hours - but you can buy mini ready made sealed bottles, then just decant the into a bottle. They’re expensive but save having to come downstairs at night!

If you put it in a cool bag with ice pack it's ok for 4 hours. Mini fridge in the bedroom?
