Baby proofing house - question about TVs

DD (10 months) has been crawling and cruising for a while now.

We made a make shift barricade to protect the TV so she didn’t go near it but now she can get through our barricade.

We’re going to get a new TV unit and tether the TV to the wall (we can’t actually put it on the wall though annoyingly so it has to go on a tv Unit.

Our lounge is a weird shape and is a lounge/diner but I don’t know how to protect the TV from a baby.

What do you do with your TVs to baby proof everything?

We just bought a tv anchoring kit from amazon. You could choose to attach it to the wall or the tv unit (We chose unit so if we want to move it at all, it’s really easy to move all in one)
I think it is really sturdy and no amount of pulling up on the tv or unit is able to move it. My little one (11 months) hasn’t tried to touch the tv yet but we don’t have it on very often when she’s playing.

TV anchor strap is the way forward. It fastens the TV to the unit it's on, so it can't be pulled forward and squash whoever is under it. You can still push it backwards, but to be honest that takes a bit of effort.

We never barracaded ours, and had two 'lively' under twos. Just used the strap and reinforced the 'don't touch/whack it with toys'.
