First pillow for cot

My LO is almost 18 months old and I've been thinking about getting her a pillow for her cot. She has slept in a sleeping bag since she was born, which has worked really well but I'd like to introduce a pillow (and eventually a duvet). Does anyone have any recommendations for a first pillow?

She's quite a wriggler and moves around a lot in her sleep so I'm not going to buy a duvet yet but any recommedations for this too would be appreciated for in the near future!

I can't remember what pillows I'd have bought for any of mine, would have been a "first" pillow from John Lewis or Mothercare. But I do remember to begin with I put it under the fitted cot sheet so they couldn't get under it. As for duvets, my DS, in particular wouldn't/couldn't keep it over him and used to go to bed with more clothes on than during the day. I used blankets for youngest DD as you can tuck them under the mattress and the extra weight makes them more likely to stay in place.

Ds never had a pillow until he was in his first big bed at around 2.5yrs old, there wasn't any point as he didn't stay in the same place all night so would have quickly been off it or worse at a funny angle 1/2 on/off - even when he moved to a big bed, most mornings his pillow was on the floor.

For the same reason we used sleeping bags until the same age, as he moved around so much I was worried he would end up face under a duvet or tangled in blankets. When we did get a pillow it would have been a slim toddler one from John Lewis.

We ordered the Yoofoss one from amazon, DS is 20 months and bloody loves it and carries it around the house with him

We just bought a pillow and duvet set from aldi, nothing special for her first one.

She had one from about 14 months

Never used a pillow at that age for either of my DC. Why do you think DD needs one?

Ikea has lovely pillows and cot sheets, duvets and bedding.

I remember paying something like 25 quid for the whole set of cot bedding.

DD slept with "proper" bedding from
18 months
